This five acre block has two personalities: one being the simplistic domestic space with raised vegetable beds, a distillery shed, and honeybees, and the other a beautiful remnant rainforest complete with resident wombat. The forest has a meandering walk with large gums, young cedars, Illawarra Flame and palms in all their wild glory. The domestic area has olive trees, citrus trees and a variety of raised garden beds hugging the forest, growing the everyday and the unusual to indulge the owner’s love of experimental distilling.
